These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop at matfordesk.com. By placing an order you accept these terms in the version valid at the time of order.
Our assortment consists mainly of desk mats and related accessories. Product images and descriptions are prepared with care; minor color deviations may occur due to screen settings.
All prices are shown in Euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout. We accept common payment methods such as credit card, PayPal and other methods as displayed at checkout.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours on business days. Standard delivery is available within Germany; delivery times and costs are shown during checkout.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as described in our separate “Right of Withdrawal” page.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual duties and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
